Caroline Kwong

Caroline joined AND as a new graduate after studying a Bsc Psycholgy and Marketing at the University of New South Wales in 2011. Caroline has also studied a B Business Management at Charles Sturt University, and is currently studying a post-graduate Law degree at the University of Technology, Sydney.

Caroline's main role at AND is co-ordinating the Stepping into... internships program. It is Caroline's passion to assist students with disability, to gain hands-on work experience and hopefully help in the transition from studying to graduate employment.

Caroline's other duties involve project work and assisting the Marcomms department. One of the biggest project Caroline has been involved in at AND is directing, filming and producing a series of vignettes of employers' experience of working with people with disability from various places in NSW, to promote the Transition to Work (TTW) Program, that are being used as materials to inspire other employers in our Engaging and Supporting Employer Partnerships Workshops that are being conducted right around the greater NSW.
