Disability Confidence for HR Managers

Working population with disability is 2.1 million (2,186,100). That is 54% of people with disability are of  working age.

Mastering the skills, tools and techniques to effectively and confidently interview and select talented candidates with disability is a business imperative if HR professionals are to continue to meet the recruitment needs of their clients.

Proactively including people with disability in a recruitment strategy will ensure HR professionals provide their clients with the best possible candidates for all available roles.
