Disability Confidence for Workforces

Disability Confidence for Workforces, is a general course for employees who may be interacting with or delivering services to a wide range of people, including people with disability.

The session is customised to the specific enterprise to reinforce relevance to the organisation. 

The course covers:

• prevalence of disability
• legal obligations
• appropriate language and communication
• problem solving scenarios.

This training module is suitable for employees at all levels of the organisation, and can be combined with other modules to deliver a more comprehensive training package.
