Stepping into... Program

Stepping into... is a paid internship program for university students with disability. Internship opportunities are offered by some of our members for various discipline including law, accounting, marketing/communications, human resources, policy, finance, auditing/assurance and IT.

For members, we offer applicants that are appropriately selected and short-listed to match the needs of the position on offer. We also offer guidance about interviewing and reasonable adjustments for applicants and potential employees with disability.

Mentoring Programs

PACE Mentoring has been developed in response to our members’ requests to facilitate opportunities for people with disability to develop their skills and confidence to assist them in their job search and personal development. The aim is to give students and/or jobseekers a range of skills, experience and advice about the workforce, as well as providing mentors with a rewarding and developmental experience.
