Retail Guidelines
These are non-mandatory guidelines designed to assist in making retail environments more accessible and inclusive for people with disability. However, neither Lendlease, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Australian Network on Disability and Design for Dignity Pty Ltd nor the groups which have endorsed or been involved in the development of the guidelines, accept any responsibility for the use of the information contained in the guidelines and make no guarantee that the information is an exhaustive treatment of the subject. Indeed, the focus is to raise awareness, create discussion and create new solutions for greater inclusion. Users are required to exercise their own skill and care with respect to its use and should and should obtain appropriate professional advice relevant to their particular circumstances.
