IP Australia is the Australian Government agency that administers intellectual property (IP) rights and legislation relating to patents, trade marks, designs and plant breeder's rights. Its vision is to have a world leading IP system that builds prosperity for Australia by contributing to the innovation system through skills and experience to advise government and Australian businesses to make the most of their IP. IP Australia values a diverse workforce and has a strong commitment to providing a workplace which is fair, equitable and safe for all staff and provides equal opportunity to employees through the Workplace Diversity Program. The program is a commitment to fostering an environment in which diversity is fully appreciated and used to deliver and achieve the agencies goals.
