Connect with a powerful network of business leaders, diversity and inclusion practitioners, human resources professionals, industry experts and influencers from the public, private and for-purpose sectors.
This year’s theme is: The Accessibility Awakening. Our 2022 conference agenda looks at how the era of change we’ve experienced through COVID has brought a whole new understanding to accessibility and inclusion in the workplace. At this conference we’ll look at the upcoming trends and the ways accessibility and inclusion can be promoted and sustainably embedded in organisations.
We’re excited to welcome back Julie McCrossin this year as our MC, who will facilitate insightful conversation with our international and national guest speakers. Julie is a seasoned entertainer who is sure to keep both the in-person and virtual audience energised and engaged.

We’re revamping our Access and Inclusion Index and want your help
We’ve seen a lot of growth and transformation in Australian organisations being more inclusive of people with disability since the launch of the Access and Inclusion Index. To continue to build on this momentum in order to reflect the changing business landscape, we are revamping our Index.
The Access and Inclusion Index is a suite of online tools for organisations to use to understand, assess, benchmark and improve their disability confidence to meet the needs of their customers, employees and stakeholders with disability.
Whether you have completed the Index or not, we want to hear from you to ensure the Index meets our member’s needs, is enhanced for useability, and is aligned to best practice of accessible and inclusive business practices. Please complete this Access and Inclusion Index survey by COB Thursday 31 March 2022.
If you require an alternate format of this survey or adjustments please contact Mirabel.MowatSmith@and.org.au or call 02 8270 9200.
