Inclusion, diversity and equity cannot be met if people with disability are not part of decision making across business. Without Board and Executive representation, businesses are not making informed decisions with true market representation.

This session will discuss the importance of having people with disability in Board and leadership roles and the organisation wide impact that comes from it.

Delegates will gain practical takeaways and examples of Boards successfully getting this change right, and what organisations can do to ensure people with disability are getting these opportunities.
