Julia joined AND as a Relationship Manager in September 2016. Prior to joining AND, Julia held roles within the areas of Diversity & Inclusion and Culture & Change. Within these roles, Julia gained extensive experience in the design and execution of strategic programs across a broad range of Diversity & Inclusion constituencies, with a particular emphasis on best practice in regard to accessibility and equal employment opportunity policy and practice.
Julia holds a Master of International & Community Development and she has a solid understanding of the complexities and challenges involved in social policy and practice through the completion of a research thesis on Social Inclusion. These studies have reinforced Julia’s commitment to help organisations build sustainable foundations for achieving their Diversity & Inclusion objectives as part of the overall business strategy, whilst also ensuring a consistently welcoming and safe environment for (potential) employees and clients. Julia also holds a TAE40110 Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
As a passionate and dedicated advocate for fostering accessible and inclusive workplaces, Julia enjoys assisting AND members to develop, build upon and advance their inclusion agenda for people with disability as a key component of the overall diversity and inclusion strategy.
