Actively shape the National Disability Employment Strategy at AND’s member only workshops
The Department of Social Services is currently developing a National Disability Employment Strategy. The aim of the strategy is to improve employment outcomes for people with disability, break down barriers that people with disability may face in the workforce, and support jobseekers with disability into long-term, meaningful employment.
Employers across Australia play a key role in the success of the National Disability Employment Strategy. As a members of our network, you are actively pursuing disability inclusion and fostering inclusive and diverse workplace cultures.
Your experience of pursuing a disability confident workforce positions you perfectly to share your expertise, insights and feedback to shape and develop the strategy. You have the opportunity to help design the landscape for disability inclusion and business for the decade.
AND is hosting a virtual workshop to discuss the Strategy. Facilitated by one of our Relationship Managers, AND will take you through the strategy, open up discussion to attendees and then collate your feedback after the session to send back to the Department of Social Services for review and consideration.
Share your thoughts, insights and experiences to inform the Strategy that will influence disability inclusion in employment.
