National Relay Service (NRS)
The National Relay Service (NRS) is an Australian government initiative. It enables people who are deaf, or who have a hearing or speech impairment, to make phone calls using a wide range of telecommunications devices.
The NRS makes it easier for your customers who are deaf or who have a hearing or speech impairment to do business with your organisation over the phone. This ensures you are providing best practice, excellent customer service, as well as access and information to as wide a range of people as possible. There is no cost to receiving calls through the NRS.
