PACE Mentoring - Investment Opportunity

PACE - "Positive Action towards Career Engagement"

PACE is our vibrant and dynamic new mentoring program developed to assist mentors to engage with students and jobseekers with disability.

PACE provides managers and people leaders with the chance to be a mentor, share their experiences and knowledge, and develop their leadership skills, while providing mentoring and guidance to students and jobseekers with disability. The program is a rewarding professional and personal development experience for all involved.

PACE has been developed by AND as a structured program that supports our Members’ diversity strategies and goals for increasing disability awareness across their business.

PACE is offered free of charge to participating mentees and mentors.

In order to continue providing mentoring opportunities at no cost to our members, AND seeks support from sponsors for the program each year.
