Meg Dalling is the Customer Vulnerability and Accessibility Lead at ANZ Bank, responsible for leadership, strategic direction and championing financial inclusion and the fair treatment of customers experiencing vulnerability. She works with internal leaders and external consumer representative bodies to understand and respond to emerging issues. A lawyer by background, Meg has nearly 20 years’ experience across the financial services sector and has expertise in governance, regulatory engagement and risk management.
As well as her management roles, Meg has been an active community volunteer all her working life, believing passionately in equality of opportunity. She has experience in advocacy, legal pro bono, and mentoring, in particular supporting refugees and job seekers with a disability. Meg is also a Director of the Attitude Foundation, a community partner of ANZ, with a vision to change community attitudes to people with disability through media.
