Sarah Kerr

Over the past 10 years, Sarah has worked in numerous roles in the People & Culture space with a focus on learning and organisational development. Her key areas of expertise are in creating a greater employee experience with a focus on uplifting capability. Sarah has also been the lead of Medibank’s Accessibility Working Group for the past two and a half years which has seen her support the development of Medibank’s first Accessibility & Inclusion Plan and lead a team of approximately 20 people across the organisation to execute the actions committed in this plan. Sarah’s passion for accessibility and advocating for people with a disability stems from her personal experience in having a brother with a rare genetic condition.
